The ratios of office, trade and service equipment planned in this center are determined by taking into consideration both the share of this sub-center from the economic potential of the city and the neglected socio-cultural needs of the society. In this center, the planning of office, commercial and residence together will provide the creation of socially living spaces day and night and their mutual rant interactions will provide economic benefit for each group. This center, which will create many jobs for this environment will accelerate for economic development. The rapid population growth of this region will play a role in the success of trade and other investments. We will also be inspired by cities that have the most magnificent centers of history, function, and physically, to ensure the continuity of our urban culture and to make use of the rich technical possibilities of today’s center. Through the integration of proposed buildings with large scale green, a sustainable urban development will be realized in order to provide an aesthetic and social environment as well as to protect ecological balance.
