Halkalı Municipality / 19.000 m² / Project 2013

Halkalı square project is an “Urban Design Project” aimed at emphasizing and declaring the identity of an agricultural settlement as a “Culture and City Center” over time. In this project, it is aimed to create a focal point of the plaza within the district, a public life center open to all hours of the day, connecting the surrounding residential trade and education areas.
