Golden Orange Film Museum

Antalya / National Competition 2002

He came across the rigid form of Pyramid with a form resembling waves, mountains, clouds and sea. From the glazed glass surfaces facing the pedestrian side, there were exhibitions inside and films reflected on the sidewalls. Through the masses stretching towards the sea and behind them the greenery and the sea were perceived. This interesting structure led into it, entered into the shadow of the large roofing sheet, which resembled the cinema perdesine and curled film.
He saw the Golden Orange Sculpture from the slit in the middle of the building as he headed to the exhibition halls. This long, film-like projection light has been very impressive to the man with film images projected on walls, ceiling and walls, with constantly changing perspectives, darkened spaces.
Following the exhibitions and the outlooks of the outskirts, the intersection between the intersection and the research areas and cinema halls came down. When he saw that there was half an hour from the start, he passed on to the library with plenty of light. The outside landscape, like the roof of the museum, also fluctuated, opening the lower floors to the nature and the light. After the film, he watched the sun setting with the smell of a palm shade and orange tree in the cafe courtyard next to the entrance.
At night, in Antalya sky, people in the park next to the museum opened their picnic baskets and were waiting for the open air cinema to be reflected on the exterior wall of the building.
