The hotel composed of guesthouse and a conference centre for the police department which consists of 116 rooms a 4 star hotel, new building construction to withdraw from the land distances, rising 6 m, the principles of hotel rooms has been enabled to look at the green area. Due to construction in the south of the land mass and visual ugliness behind it returned to the hotel building and the existing green space is directed to a L-shaped courtyard.
Land within an emerging set of 6 meters with a height difference, this set is on the wooded area and then to E-5 highway. This set has been blocked the noises coming from E-5 and a courtyard for the facility is provided for the advantage of the privacy and tranquility. This is the courtyard of a restaurant terrace, the terrace separated by a large green area, swimming pools and outdoor amphitheater is located.
A large foyer on the ground floor and the restaurant area connects all the units. Various sizes of meeting rooms can be used if necessary to combine different activities.
