Project is located in 25.400 m² land. Özak Textile 2 floors of blue jeans factory, with the slope of the site 4 more floors are created, used for offices retail and parking. 9 blocks form the floor plate. Top floor has 18×18 m spans for logistics. Lower floors has 9×9 casette concrete system.
