In addition to 40.000 m² logistic warehouse block, 8.000 m² office building, 1.500 m² driver resting facility and chemical warehouse are also projected.
The ground floor of the 220 m x 120 m building consists of 23.500m² warehouse and 2900 m² of loading and unloading area.For the structure 24×24 m span reinforced concrete columns and steel scissors are used.
4 side access areas and a straight entry to the warehouse has been created for the trucks.
