Merit Life Park Housing is located in Atasehir, Serifali. Due to the specific geometry of the land 3 apartments are placed side by side. The project is settled on 6.5 acres of land. Including 124 residential units consist of 3 blocks. While rejecting typical structure of a design and trying to conform to the form of land at the same time, 3 buildings aimed to use exactly same language in facade while having different forms.
At the site plan, playground, a basketball court, a swimming pool and an outdoor parking lot stands out. There are 9 different types of flats: 2 +1, 3 +1 and 4 +1. Modern movements and rhythms are created on the exterior of the buildings.
