The project is settled on 9 acres of land which consists of two housing blocks of 138 units. Two blocks are placed on a sloped green hill facing the valley in the west. Both blocks share a common car turnaround, entered into a wide entrance halls.
The land is divided into green spaces, sport fields and children playgrounds. The indoor swimming pool is lighten up with a skylight and transformed into an outdoor pool in the summer months by opening the sliding doors. There are 12; 3+1 suites, 59; 2+1 suites and 56; 1+1 suites in each block. Suite sizes range from 56 m² to 132 m² gross. All apartments are designed with plenty of light and scenic views and common areas are enriched with double-decked galleries and floor gardens.
