Dörtyol Shopping Center will be a commercial center for its quarter. It is located 10.500 m² property in the middle of the city center. 7.500 m² is seperated just for stores, shops are on the ground and the first floor. The mall opens to street and also to the backyard. 3 blocks on this commercial area are hotel and housing blocks. Entrances for these blocks are from the street.
The capacity of parking area is 372 cars and a direct connection is supplied from blocks to parking lot.
The environment conditions has been thought and shaded devices on facade has been used to prevent bad effect of hot and humid summer.
