Deniz and Uzunay Apartments

Within the framework of urban transformation, our projects is in the district of Gayrettepe named Deniz and Uzunay Apartments. There are 18 apartments in Deniz Apartmanı and 16 apartments in Uzunay Apartment, each of which is a duplex in most of the 2500 m² apartments. The two separate assemblies meet in a common garden in a vehicle and pedestrian entrance.
