Adıyaman Kindergarden

Borusan Social Responsibility Project Competition / Adıyaman OIZ / 1.000 m² / Project 2013

The aim of the competition proposal in Adıyaman OIZ is to create a different type of kindergarden, where children can easily learn to incorporate with each other, the urban environment, and with the society. This projects solution is a public building with a three-dimensional classes buildings and a close courtyard in the middle. Every class modules terraces that open to the garden. The courtyard park is organized in various levels for learning and playing activities. Each childrens age-group are designed to be personalized and different, ensuring recognition and convenient orientation for children.
The amorphous form of building is different than other fabric building in OIZ. Green roof creates a large playing area for children and is effective on ecological building and energy efficiency.
