In Sinanoba villas consisting of 10 twin blocks in total, 20 villas in Büyükçekmece-Sinanoba region, it was aimed to use efficient green areas in the field. Apart from common open spaces, each villa has its own small garden. The blocks are placed so that they do not interfere with each other’s view.
