İzmir Port Urban Plan

İzmir / International Competition 2001

The main aim of the design is to create a new city configuration that will raise the standard of living of the İzmir and make it a lively port with its urban functions and necessary empty spaces.
Since İzmir is a gulf city, the landing of water and the flow of rivers to the sea make it a very special place. The design has praised this natural phenomenon and brought it into the city by nature.
